Let’s hear from…

“I feel memorable of communicating with children to understand their thoughts and lives, and coordinating the differences between generations.”
“I think the students are very smart and always come up with good suggestions. They can discuss the ideas together and show respect for the elderly.”

Let's hear from...

“What I find unforgettable is to make creation with the elderly, allowing us to express our creativity together with collaboration and discussion.”

“What I remember most is when the elderly shared their experiences, they are teachers from whom I can learn and grow.”

~ ACE Academy Elder Graduates

Let’s hear from…

“Since the 2018-19 school year, the Chinese YMCA Primary School has continued to support and participate in the ACE Academy. Our staff appreciates the dedication of Mighty Oaks Foundation in serving others through these intergenerational activities. These exchanges allow children to learn to serve others like Jesus Christ, becoming volunteers caring for the elderly and spreading this love to their families and communities. This embodies our school’s motto of “not to be served, but to serve”.
