A leadership training programme for secondary school students through service learning.

• Deepen understanding of society
• Improve leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Enrich service-learning and other learning experience
• Be prepared for entering an intergenerational workforce

• Organise fun and rewarding iGen sessions for old and young participants
• 1 initial training workshop and multiple thematic workshops focusing on iGen theory and soft skills needed
• Compete in the ACE Awards for trophy, scholarship and job shadowing opportunities
• Monthly consultation to help development and execution of iGen initiatives
• Resources developed by professionals (e.g. Training Guidebook) and other ACE Fellows

ACE Friends

An empowerment programme in linking active elders to transferring new skills to youngsters.

• Enhance mutual exchange with other generations
• Leverage elders’ skill and experience
• Learn how to communicate with generations in an intergenerational setting and society

ACE Schools

Incorporate iGen elements into school curricula, making schools an iGen focal point of the district.
